I personally dont accept time zone and public holiday/festive season as an excuse. Did they not know these thing before stating January 4th? Why didnt they initially say "by" January 10th, which leaves the door open for earlier relisting but doesnt get expectations up.

They put the pressure on themselves.

As for Komodo, Im not even sure how involved they are anymore. The last update was more about UK bankers placing stock. Certainly I've tried getting stock via Komodo and had no luck. Wonder if it will be possible dual listing? That could be a positive.
