Not only looks it like the margins will be great but the South Australian government would probably give a helping hand in the process.
Just remember they have no refinery left in SA and all the diesel has to be imported from overseas or has to come from WA. I would like to think that the South Australian goverment would prefer to be less dependend from interstate or overseas diesel imports. Especially with the go ahead of BHP and Oxiano mining projects. Even a 10% cut in dependency from importing diesel fuel elsewhere is a step in the right direction.
