re: one page summary G'day Funch,
I guess that, in the nicest possible way, you are implying that I am a ramper. I guess I will just have to accept that that is your opinion, that you are fully entitled to.
Of course I will not reveal my identity or holdings on a public forum. I doubt that any sensible person would.
I can say what I am not. I am not an employee of, or in any other way associated with CST, other than in having a shareholding that was bought in the open market. I am not a broker, fund manager or any such beast. I am just a private investor.
I gather you take some exception with the fact that I decided to format my comments into a tidy PDF document. Anybody can do this for free if they want to.
I don't believe that I actually made a buy recomendation. If, in fact, that is an implication that you or anyone may have made then I really don't think it is any different from the hundreds of posts that can be seen on HC each day. The only difference is that I choose to put reasoning and logic behind what I say. Maybe if I just said "Buy CST till it hurts" without any research behind it then that would fit in better with the general HC expectation?
Note that I did say at the bottom of the OPS. "This information should not be taken as financial advice. Always do your own research." (Frankly, if anybody needs me to tell them this then they probably shouldn't be in the sharemarket at all)
As to it being "uncool" for me to spruik this stock at current levels. I'm not sure at exactly what price I can safely "spruik" the stock. As you are probably aware, I have been posting on this stock since it was at less than 50c. My belief is that it has a long long way to go yet. Be assured that I have absolutely no intention of selling anytime soon. In fact, I'll be happy if I never sell CST.
The whole aim of my OPS document was just to provide something that would help anybody that was just coming across this stock to get started with their research. I know that I would REALLY appreciate it if others who have amassed information on a particular stock did similar. It takes quite a bit of work to "break in" to a new stock and any assistance is valuable (well I think so, anyway).
I note that you end your post with "What do others think?". I am perfectly happy to abide by the consensus.
All the best.
(I really take no offence at your comments and I trust that you don't with my rebuttal).
