guys, until such time as they get a real MD (current MD appears a fill in with no public company CEO experience and no prior scaffolding hire experience), and until the general outlook for new projects improve I cannot see this going anywhere. The trap is that this years earnings reflects old contracts, there is a time lag and downturn in earnings still to come IMO.
I would be more inclined to place on a watchlist and wait for the appropriate time.
