No offence taken or inferred and thanks for taking the time to clear that up.

A couple of others things always bothered me about these companies I do not think a team of lawyers could ever work out the cross holdings of BPH and the web of intrigue of what company owns what part of who and how was one part of a company with no funds underwriting another part.

Also a is Phil kelso the managing director of BUY complete with all the restrictions of a full director or is he free to look like the managing director and buy and sell shares as a free agent. If so why?

Maybe if ASIC had any teeth genuine investors would have some protection until that is the case we need to be vigilant and try and look out for each other. It is pointless trying to fight these people better just to vote with your feet and investing dollar.

If I thought I was putting another dollar to the next chicken and chardonnay lunch for David Breeze I would personally choke.

Either criminally proficient or just business inept the investing public would be better to stay away and not encourage these bast@rds!
