IMHO, CR on the way for $4m @ 3.5c to cover professor and exploration, should see downward pressure on share price for a couple of years, not to mention the dilution.
An executive on $280,000+ pa can’t buy his own shares when entering a company? Where is the skin in the game?? “Subject to shareholder approval, the Company shall provide an interest free, non-recourse loan in the amount of $30,000 to be used for the sole purpose of acquiring loan funded shares.” Is CHZ a bank as well?
AGD have halved over the last 4 years, hope that’s not an omen for CHZ.
