Bought significant amount over the last two weeks at an average price of $1.65
$100k position.
Its been very interesting watching the price movement in this stock over the last year.
I think its reflective of the market as a whole.
I think 'trend' speculating is rife in the market as a whole. This presents incredible opportunities for the investors out there.
Significant market money is just following the trend. When trend goes higher, additional money is allocated to the speculative position which provides higher and higher buy support regardless of fundamentals.
When the trend turns negative, the speculative money rushes for the exit.
Fundamental valuations are ignored for both the upside and downside.
A negative trend coupled with a short term profit downgrade sees that speculative money leaving become a flood.
The weak hand fundamental investors seeing the 'profit down grade' and the share price also declining, panick and also rush to the exit.
This pushes the share price significantly below its intrinsic value.
At $1.65, CDA is a very comfortable buy for me.
