in addition, the license option agreement induces
a) an option to negotiate a licence for manufacturing CYP-001 product and
b) certain rights to Cynata's proprietary Cymerus technology for the prevention and treatment of other diseases.
Exercise of the rights to the additional components attracts further fees.This is what we want and the delay in time would be to negotiate this part of the deal, get a value on 001 then slap a big asking price for the other tech.
