    dapper,
    In all fairness, I am not hiding my head in the sand, but your argument is emotional and not representative of where the world is at..

    Ie..
    - "Share price now down to 10 cents this morning, WHY?"
    You stated..
    "Last weeks report is WHY."
    I disagree, but as you rightly state That is what these chat sites are for, whether you agree/disagree dosen't matter, its just my opinion.

    ++ The market wet its pants early on, down over 100 points.
    ++ KEY is a thinly traded stock and if someone wants to get out it was going to impact negatively.
    ++ A buy order at any-time would have pushed the price to 13c

    - "First we have the uncertainity of the potential 70,000,000 SPP and the obvious dilution to long term holders for the short to medium term."
    ++ Fair call, but equally some think it is unlikely to occur and is more for insurance or for an acquisition/ action.

    - "Kiliwani North, "further developments are awaiting on the Tanzanian government to grant permission to Songas to allow expansion of the gas plant on Songo Songo Island.".."
    ++ This is factual and not unusual, have a look at how long Sunrise has taken up North, also some of the Timor sea jobs.. or even Songas..

    - "On shore Italy (Borsano Permit)
    "various envirinmental issues are causing the company some concern.".."

    ++ The company has made a factual statement... they are obligated by law and in reality the market has accepted this is how Italy goes; again we are not the first to experience this.

    - "Offshore Italy;
    "Key continues to await confirmation of the transfer from application to granted permit status for its offshore areas.".."

    ++ The company has made a factual statement... they are obligated by law and in reality the market has accepted this is how Italy goes; again we are not the first to experience this.

    - "Suriname
    Key net equity 1.75% indirect;
    1.75% says it all, .."

    ++ 1.75% of 7 million barrels is pretty good imho... no costs for KEY...

    - "UK- Onshore Southern England;
    The development costs of this to "potentially" improve production volume will leave the company with next to no cash reserves..."

    ++ Not correct, we are earning revenue on this for months before any works.

    - "Now we see the sp this morning at $0.10 and if they go ahead with the SPP to Sophisticated/Institutional investors at a 20% discount this will see the share price at $0.08 or less and with 70,000,000 extra shares they would need a miracle for the sp to reclaim any headway for the forseeable future.."
    ++ a big if here and unlikely to happen at current prices imho

    You failed to address the point raised in that the market dropped significantly and amongst its peers KEY was pretty much in line.

    Like you say we are here to express our opinions and to validate, question.. I see no issue there and certainly if we differ in opinion it is not that one has head buried or ramping.. it is just a difference of opinion.
