The update of 28 August promised "a further update" on PrIME "as part of the full year results." Did they miss that page out of the Annual Report? There is, however, confirmation at the bottom of p.11 that the 10% stake in Prime Biologics to Luye Pharma was for the purchase of the plant and equipment on the premises.
There is no mention in the 'Outlook' of any continuing negotiations in selling any 10% stakes in PrIME.
