Honest question:
What if the majority of these 100 addresses belong to chinese and russians in their respective countries. We know there is a lot of mining, ransomware and just other methods of stealing crypto that can be attributed to these 2 countries and it's not going to stop. If true, what is the implication for the rest of the world and how does this power-base differ from the tycoons we have now?
