Just To Add More Fuel into the Speculation Fire!


We all know BOW targeting 6200PJ 3P & 1250 PJ 2P by 2012 and it is fully funded. So if BOW achieve this target successfully by next year their SP should be re-rated accordingly, but takeover came earlier so now question is how much we can get from big boys?

I did some number crunch on this. Assume if Shell agreed to pay now for the 60% (3600PJ) or 75% (4500PJ) of BOW targeted 3P then see below spreadsheet for possible final takeover price:
