    "We refer to the announcement released to ASX on 17 August 2009 concerning the issue of 588,697 ordinary fully paid shares at a price of 25.48 cents per share. The issue was pursuant to an Equity Line Credit Agreement and in consideration for implementation fees of $150,000."
