A lot of water went under the bridge since then.
After he disposed of those shares the share price rose (over a period of time & at different times) to above $8.00. Also it remained at that ($7.00) level for another two years.
Then last year he topped up his shareholdings on a couple of occassions.
You say that he was tricky with the accounts etc.....yet the market still determined that that was what the company was worth.....and ppl still took the risk.
I personally believe you just want to see him go so you can see a spike in the share price and realise the profit on your recent share purchase.
