Go-carts with lithium-ion batteries, page-23

Hi rules,

actually I love the sound of a straight 6 or a V8. The E-carts have an acoustic sound program which generates a good sound, but not quite as good as the real thing.

I have driven the following BMW i3 many times. See pic in our driveway:


This is a great car but it only has a range of 210 kms. It is fast but completely silent which is a bit boring. The electric motor also acts as a brake. In fact under normal driving circumstances you don’t need to use the brake pedal at all. This was strange at first but I soon got used to it.
