MarkyBoy49,just out of interest,I love the concept of a super quite electric motor with very limited wearing parts and torque right from the start of the rev range. In my old technology 2011 Hi-lux diesel ute(which I love),I drive using engine braking through the gears all the time. Brakes last 100,000kms easily.
What is it like in an electric vehicle,there would be next to no braking effect from the motor,I assume. Is that the case.Also did you miss the zoom zoom noise factor of the internal combustion motor. Imagine being at the indy cars and not having to wear hearing protection.
