How many more brash and unsubstantiated remarks do you wish to inflict upon us?
It would concern me that any broker (or anyone else for that matter) would be saying sell BOQ, a mere 3 weeks out from a 4.8% divy, especially seeing what the BEN share price has done in recent weeks.
