very little chatter on HC on this stock - maybe a good thing i suppose! This is the best REIT in terms of being undervalued. great assets and in much better position than peers. Further, if you want further possibly share price catalysts, you have upcoming funding info OR given recent jump in volumes maybe one of the bigger REITs are going to start the industry consolidation with IIF. I reckon the big sell at 30 cents will be taken out by a big chomp in the short term and then its off to the races.
