If the drill rigs had been on site in mid july. Then
they would have been sitting IDLE for 6 weeks at full
rate waiting for the SIGHNED aproval from the lands
councile and the mines department to show up.
Tried to hire a drill rig latley ?
Cut the man a break he has done well to scrounge one up
at all.
l'm sweating on this more than most, so l would rather no
costly stuffups
