gnombe: Then why on earth would you go on record and state in ANN's that you hope to start drilling EARLYER than the projected MID TO LATE JULY, If you don't have the permits/clearances or indeed a rig???
That to me is not very good policy especially from a CEO.
Maybe someone has there fingers in to many pies to be able to pay proper attention to detail.!!
