    Much lower. GXY has some 1.2b shares. At 36c = MC of $430m GMM has just over 300m shares. At 53 = MC of $160m. (All approx.)

    And no they shouldn't be the same. GXY has 100% interest in SdV, which is about to come out with a DFS this qtr. How much is SdV worth?
