It took a bit of time to find the below information.
Both companies have operated together for quite some time. Based on what I have below it is a pretty sure bet that General Mining will join Galaxy Resources at Sal De Vida. The increased market caps will support any financing requirements for both parties to go the full 25,000 tpa plus potash. I am not alluding towards a dilution for either company because there is simply no need for either party to go to market. Anthony Tse has been clear on that and there would be no reason to go to market and General Mining wouldn't need to go to market either, we both know they are significantly undervalued for the assets they hold, be it physical or contractual.
Together both companies would be able to get better financing rates as one and move on to acquisitions and further partnerships and likely to eclipse a lot of other lithium stocks in not only the ASX but globally. - I still imagine there would be a global market listing somewhere because this is part of the reason Anthony Tse joined Galaxy Resources along with requests by major share holders one namely is Deutche Bank which has had close ties to some of the board members. - At this time I cannot work out where there global listing will come into play. I don't believe it will be happening in the short term.
Sal De Vida has value of $1,000,000,000 NPV you will have seen the presentaton on youtube, from 18:00 minutes to 21:10 minutes, it explains the benefit of the asset and the investment itself. - That's a lot of value on the table and is also a reason to put James Bay aside or develop both at the same time.
News articles have been confused at times and referred to the two companies as one.- Galaxy General Mining from my research is a currently available ASX listing.
Michael Fotios was the directior of Galaxy Resources prior to listing on the ASX, from April 2006 to December 2008. (General mining web site.)
