@cory85 Mining in winter in Canada is business as usual. There are mines much further north - consider the Russian in Siberia, tar sands oil extraction in Northern Canada, Northern Canadian Gold fields, Alaskan oil/gold - and there are even works underway for a new large mine in Greenland. Thunder Bay is a long established mining region of Canada. Mining in summer can be a bigger issue due to boggy conditions. Anyway, there is one desktop jockey and self-proclaimed demi-god who lots of people follow on these Li threades who is providing some rather "wintery" commentary - I wonder if he has even been to Canada let alone knows anything practical about mining. I think his intention is more to divert followers to his stocks.
