Looking very much like GMC have still not satisfied the conditions precedent.
I think GMC are about to learn what happens when debt becomes payable and there is insufficient cash to pay it.
Unfortunately, I see the share price turning very ugly. Hope I'm wrong for those that bought in at $0.02 though
