Normally I would be happy to post mine but I do not want to play my hand early in case the Mgmt are reading here.
But on a general note, I am looking for flaws e.g..re: 1) final agreement..may/will not be sorted until after CR
2) gap analysis comparing old and current project costs
I do hope they read this...Mgmt must have a detailed project plan with contingencies instead of stating $$$ will flow next yr. We all know what happens to sp when Mgmt over promise and under deliver.
Also looking fwd to the meeting finger foods...will it be nasi goreng or mini sausage rolls? certainly not caviar and Moet.
