You realise that asking "the Top20 to push the selling price to 1.3-1.5 and bring new buyers ( day traders as well )" would constitute market manipulation and is illegal in Aus.
Interesting that you have bought this up though.
I will keep a close eye on the trading activity on this. I did think the prior share price rises made absolutely no sense at all!
