There are 14 separate announcements in which GMC reference DSO, since 19 September 2017 (and theres only been 16 months until now). That's roughly 1 announcement a month that refers to DSO, without actually yet achieving it...

I think the market is aware to the overuse of the keyword "DSO" and simply wants to see a result.
