Wouldn't place too much store in the Indonesian govt issuing dso license. Market appears to have lost hope after three years of negotiation with market interest declining along with price. These Indonesians have a habit of backing out and terminating binding deals at the eleventh hour and it will probably be the same pattern with the dso. Don't hold your breath.
