    You are correct.

    So they need an extension to raise $75 (i.e.
    5,000 New Shares at an issue price of $0.015 per Share)​

    I think that's another oops to GMC.

    Surely, surely, surely they will hit a deadline - would have thought raising $75 on time would be easy...
    obviously not for GMC
