The Prospectus was for the isssue of 16,125,000 Shares at an issue price of $0.008 per Share for a total
of $129,000.
Not good that GMC was unable to raise $129,000 at $0.008.
Surely, if this was good value at $0.008 those shares would have been snapped up.
But as usual with GMC, it was another delay / extension
