Lets look at the 'reported' information. Users have posted conversations with management that suggested the deal was good as done and we can expect it to be announced last week. A trend I have picked up on is that when management feel confident they provide lots of information over the phone.

However, the most recent conversation about the missed deadline failed to yield any news on the progress of the investment. Assuming the users have posted the exact true conversations we can conclude that either 1. management is completely incompetent to miss the deadline or 2. problems have occurred with the SI and management are trying to salvage the deal over the weekend.

If they post a deal tomorrow that betters Paks terms they have really pulled a rabbit out of their hat.
