It's pretty ridiculous if they missed the deadline to lodge, if it were just a copy/paste to announce further delays..... not a good sign if he didn't at least acknowledge the deal had gone through, when before he was leading you on to believe it'd be 48-72 hours away (possibly).

A CR without a major investor will be massive dilution... and given the lack of confidence, it'd have to be at basement prices to get people onboard.
Hopefully a good Announcment Monday then.... but I'm not optimistic..... 4 long months and what do we have to show for it ?
