I've seen change in substantial holding notices come out several months late with absolutely no repurcussions. So I personally don't rely on them.

But let's say they aren't selling... who on earth is dumping at 0.009? Genuine question. I can't see anyone dumping big volumes into 0.009 unless they are in profit. We didn't just see traders with losses selling into 0.009 today, there was professsional distribution IMO.
