If you look at all the ASX small caps that have used a CPA with Acuity capital you will see that the majority of them have seen the share price stay flat or increase after exercising the agreement. (There is a youtube video made by Acuity explaining how it all works etc if you want to check it out)

This is the benefit of utilising this type of capital raise. The company has all the control of pricing and timing.

Well done to Hamish for utilising this process instead of a normal cap raise.
