I love how some blame others for their uncertainties and nervousness. They then bait the forums hoping others will post positives to alleviate their fears whilst pretending others are 'spooked'.

Not everyone in West Perth is a shonk! Been a few but can't tar them all with such a broad sweeping generalization imo.
If things are dicey then best sell and take the hit. Why would the 'cheer squad' be spooked when they have no more or no less knowledge than those that are eternally negative?
