Solving problems, managing projects and handling shareholders sentiment are a big part of being successful in business management.
In our career in business management, we'll need to solve customers' problems and meet expectation' issues.
There are many ASX registered companies. Some of managers have strong problem-solving skills/technical knowledge and experience to come up with effective solutions, some of them failed to meet any of those business management criteria.
Giving promises, keeping promises, act on the promises on time are directly related with companies directors and managers integrity and professionalism.
