fast global exchange interconnectivity is paramount to liquiditiy. sadly this link focuses on sell-side interconnection liquidity. which means arbitrage and sell dynamics 24hours a day in nanoseconds.
IMO - the next market crash is going to be fast, large, and take advantage of unprotected networks. (whenever it happens)
