    This move only create works and pay heaps for legal counsels and corporate lawyers.

    No wonder Ares is selling out and still have 3.076bil shares to dump.. Not much support volume on the market atm.

    The longer they drag on, the lower the share price .. no surprise to see 0.3c..

    They should suspend trading already, to protect shareholders value, while sorting out the transfer process.. bl**dy amarture!
