When I read about the re-domiciliation I thought it was a cost saving initiative of BLY. Turns out it's a requirement as part of the re-cap. Silly me for thinking BLY is some sort of responsible entity able to make visionary decisions for the betterment of itself.

Short term it's probably bad - LOTS of money to lots of lawyers which is the story of BLYs life. Long term it's hopefully good if BLY pays a lower company tax rate in Canada.
