They certainly have a good product. One worth investing in for big companies as it can really save them a lot of time and money.
Do they have any competition?
As far as the actual programming goes, it should be very simple and easy to make imitations. All it takes is for some asian company to offer a similar product at lower cost and these guys will be gone.
