Maybe, but sounds like a slightly desperate bow to draw. Same logic might say that a person who is selling large single blocks knows something the others don't! Makes more sense too. A seller of that size is taking a loss, a buyer may just be a day trader looking for 1c upswings before getting out. It's a dog.
