Why did Bond offload the bulk off his position .
What was his holding and did he recieve all or part of his shares through the IPO at 20c .
Were these shares issued to him through Findlays and was there some sort of conditional arrangement attached to this allocation .
Does Bond still have an interest in the stock and if so what percentage .
