30 t 1 consolidation!!! I will endup eventualy with $33 as this will drop back to .001 like a lead balloon.
They doing it so thay can inject more shares for sale, however thay should not be allowd to do that unless they can provide a reasonble strategic plan, and not just some random project hat has no hope of eventuating.

Can the board be held accountible in courts and can share holders get their money back after all directors and family assets are liqidated for componsation?
