The algorithms regularly change from buying to selling based on multiple inputs. Current direction, outside market current direction, key words in world financial news stories, etc., etc. These algorithms trade thousands of stocks across multiple markets. They don’t trade based on fundamentals and expected developments for individual stocks. However those of us with brains can do so.
