One thing I can guarantee is that the Independent ? board of Minara will present 50 pages of valuation bull ..t that will somehow justify the current offer and they will either cop out totally or if there is one person of ethics on the board they will advise that the bid is totally opportunistic and under values the company.

However, that one ethical member of the board, if he exists, will feel total despair to realise that most Australian shareholders will always take the money and run as they have a pathetic record in keeping directors honest.
