You well describe the types we are dealing with and I know exactly what you mean from personal experience.

You cannot win them all but you cannot lay down and die either. I won a case in the Appeals Court of the Supreme Court but lost in the High Court against one such "crook" backed by a billionaire who got the full financial benefit of the win and played the crook for an absolute sucker.

There is a point of "forced" ethics and that can really come from the regulator or occasionally the media - not a certain outcome at all!

You would not choose to have a bee hive on your head but if you find yourself there you would do everything to get it off.
