Also see the acquisition of Winchester South by Whitehaven from Rio. WHC paid around US $200m for 75% interest in an MDL (not a Mine Licence or operating mine). It is about 2km south west of Isaac River, same seams etc.
I know there are heaps of differences between the projects, but it makes IR look like a steal for BCB at just A$200k. Could be worth much more now.
