The market was reacting to the news of the management shake-up. The news is the same whether it comes out via ASX or via HC and then backed up by NEA inverstor relations, whatever the source the market will react accordingly.
The main difference is that if it had come out via the ASX it would have looked far better, NEA would look like they owned the decisions and were in control. The way it has happened made it appear that NEA were trying to hide or down play the shake-up. This is a poor strategy as it just fuels speculation. The very fact that NEA either couldn't see this or wouldn't act on it makes it worse again.
Product is still there and still has potential. But is it's distribution being managed well given that the competitive environment where time is absolutely of the essence? Personally I'm losing confidence and what we have seen is that many others have lost it completely and sold, while we still wait for a serious response from NEA.
