I fully understand your views. I didn't specifically mean yourself regarding my comment, I meant people posting Glassdoor reviews and saying the sky is falling.
If you think it warrants a response I'd urge you to get in contact with investor relations. Nearmap has traditionally been a rocky ride and I've been here for years. I've traded it a bit and held long term as well. It's a tough share due to low free float and low insto holding. (Apart from the recent Credit Suisse holding).
In the time I've held it I've seen major breakthroughs and at the end of the day I've held shares that have nearly evaporated my paper worth of that specific share and then have lived to tell the tale. Nearmap is one for the long term based on the currency and expertise of their dealings. I fully understand your frustration but I think NEA is at the forefront of an exciting area.
I don't think NEA will be providing an update on this specific event as it's not price sensitive however you will see the appointment of new management as per ASX announcements.
