I don't recall any company making announcements about management changes. To be honest, if they did, we'd all be wading through knee-deep announcements every day.
I'd also have to ask, what good would an announcement do? Investor relations have to be honest when asked a direct question, but really, would the result be any different if the board suddenly issued a statement to market (which is so out of line with normal announcements) about a staff movement?
We have been in a downtrend for months, and this only keeps us in that same channel - the price was pushed up be people expecting instant riches ... and now it is deflating to a level which is sustainable. Once we get a good look at the US figures ... then perhaps there would be some justification in a rise to the levels it reached .... but blue sky pricing is tenuous at best .... just look at Aconex.
